Судя по другим ранним снимкам высокого разрешения, боеприпасы на территории арсенала просто валялись под открытым небом, чему пришел закономерный итог.

PDVSA-Crypto case: they demand that the UN and the IACHR monitor a trial that they qualify as political
Outside the Palace of Justice in Caracas, this Friday, June 5th, lawyers for the accused in the PDVSA-Crypto corruption plot denounced the irregularities of the criminal process and assured that it is a case "of a political nature". They warned about the physical and mental integrity of the defendants, after having been victims of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.
They claimed that this Wednesday, June 3rd, several defendants detained in El Helicoide were transferred to other prisons without prior request from the court or their representatives. This, they said, "evidences the lack of autonomy of the criminal courts vis-à-vis the security and criminal investigation bodies of the country".
