Sweden’s Defense Minister Pål Jonson said training of Ukrainian pilots and technicians on Gripen is already underway and will expand this autumn. Gripen C/D can be delivered with IRIS-T, AMRAAM and long-range Meteor missiles. Jonson said Ukraine is not just receiving aircraft, but building a modern air force able to fight, survive and adapt under Europe’s hardest conditions.

В европейском отделении Politico опубликована статья с некоторыми подробностями работы системы РЭБ «Лима», разработанной компанией Cascade Systems и используемой ВСУ.

Отмечается, что система способна не просто подавлять навигацию, но и использовать подмену данных и смещение координат на несколько километров.

По данным компании, производство каждого устройства обходится в сумму до 58 тысяч евро в зависимости от модификации. По оценкам компании, для защиты крупного города требуется от 30 до 100 таких устройств, то есть около 5 миллионов евро.

По словам разработчиков, первые прототипы «Лимы» появились в 2022 году для борьбы с российскими крылатыми ракетами. Компании Cascade Systems потребовались несколько лет экспериментов и более 2 миллионов долларов собственных средств, чтобы преодолеть скептицизм украинского правительства и Генштаба.

Система используется подразделением РЭБ «Night Watch» в составе сил ТрО с февраля 2023 года. Первые пять систем были развёрнуты в окрестностях Харькова и Запорожья. 9 марта «Лима» прошла первое боевое испытание, по итогам которого, как заявляется, были подавлены девять крылатых ракет, вошедших в зону действия систем, и разведывательный БПЛА «Гранат». Два месяца спустя с курса были сбиты ещё две крылатые ракеты, упавшие в нескольких километрах от цели.

Более широкое распространение система получила в июле 2024 года, а в октябре 2025 года стала применяться для защиты
гражданской инфраструктуры, в связи с чем компания начала получать госконтракты.

На данный момент компания поставила вооружённым силам более 400 систем. Компания заявляет, что за последние 18 месяцев системой якобы были подавлены 20500 дронов типа «Герань» (и других), с курса сбиты десятки баллистических и крылатых ракет.

В начале 2025 года ВС РФ начали использовать усовершенствованные антенны «Комета» для защиты от помех, которые сделали существующие украинские системы РЭБ, в том числе более ранние версии «Лимы», неэффективными.

Спустя три месяца инженеры компании разработали новую версию под названием Lima Quant, специально предназначенную для преодоления усовершенствованной российской системы защиты. Она сочетает в себе традиционную подмену сигнала с новыми высокочастотными сигналами, которые сбивают с толку систему «Комета».
