❗️Ukraine’s Fire Point is developing Freya, a joint European air and missile defense system designed to intercept ballistic targets. The complex will use FP-7 interceptors with range up to 200 km, 150 kg warhead and speed of 1500-2000 m/s.

😎🇺🇦 In Crimea, Ukrainian drones are setting up ambushes near Russian airfields to destroy enemy aircraft, according to Denis Shtilerman, co-founder of Fire Point.

Pilots are equipping FP-1s with two explosive quadcopters, which can take up positions near Russian airfields and await the arrival of an aircraft to then destroy it.

Sweden’s Defense Minister Pål Jonson said training of Ukrainian pilots and technicians on Gripen is already underway and will expand this autumn. Gripen C/D can be delivered with IRIS-T, AMRAAM and long-range Meteor missiles. Jonson said Ukraine is not just receiving aircraft, but building a modern air force able to fight, survive and adapt under Europe’s hardest conditions.
