🤡 Russia is deploying new Pantsir-SMD-E air defense systems on civilian buildings in Moscow.
According to military analyst Massimo Frantarelli, Mi-26 heavy helicopters are being used to install the systems. One of the complexes was spotted on the roof of the Nordstar Tower business center.
As Militarnyi notes, the new Pantsir-SMD-E modification differs from the Pantsir-S1 by the absence of 30-mm cannons. Instead, it is equipped with two types of missiles: standard 95Ya6 missiles with a range of up to 20 km and smaller TKB-1055 missiles with a range of up to 7 km.
The system is also equipped with modern active phased-array radars capable of detecting targets at distances of up to 24 km.

🇪🇺🇺🇦 Zelensky: Regarding the opening of clusters. We really need the position of each country so that there are no blockages.
We expect that in June and the rest of the summer months we will have progress in this direction. We want to open the first cluster – Fundamentals – in the coming weeks and then work on other clusters.
I count on the understanding of all the countries of Northern Europe. Sweden fully supports us in this. I expect that all partners will work in the same way with other partners who are skeptical.
We hope that during my negotiations in June or summer we will reduce this skepticism and get the desired important result for Ukraine.

Ballistics remains one of the biggest challenges for protecting Ukrainian skies. That is why it is critically important to continue supplying PAC-2 GEM-T and PAC-3 missiles, as well as developing the PURL mechanism. Today, through the PURL initiative, Ukraine receives over 90% of all anti-ballistic capabilities.
