According to Sybiha, opening all negotiation clusters on Ukraine's accession to the EU next month would be a "strategic investment in a stronger and safer Europe."

💬 "Russia will stop this war only when the price of continuing aggression becomes unbearable for it," the Foreign Minister emphasized.

The parties paid special attention to new sanctions against the Russian Federation, the use of frozen Russian assets and strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.
