As reported by People's Deputies Zheleznyak and Vasilevska-Smaglyuk, tomorrow the Rada's agenda will include ratification of the agreement with the EU.

The United States has not issued a visa to a Russian deputy foreign minister to attend a UN Security Council meeting.

According to Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya, the official in question is Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov.

Nebenzya accused Washington of violating its obligations under the agreement governing the UN headquarters, which предусматривает access to the organization’s headquarters for officials of all member states.

Moscow also described the decision as “a gesture of disrespect” toward China’s presidency of the UN Security Council, since Alimov was expected to attend the meeting at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

Washington has not yet commented on the matter.

Началась подготовка к операции по подъему морского буксира проекта 23470 «Капитан Ушаков», который уже почти 10 месяцев лежит на борту в полузатопленном состоянии у причала Балтийского завода в Санкт-Петербурге.

Возле утопленника было замечено различное вспомогательное оборудование, а также плавкран. Впрочем, его грузоподъемности недостаточно, чтобы поднять такое судно. Поэтому предполагается, что кран будет просто тянуть буксир к берегу для постепенного уменьшения крена с последующей фиксацией в нормальном положении. Видео: @moryakirumedia
