Ранее во вторник РБК со ссылкой на источники сообщило, что стороны договорились об основных условиях стратегического партнерства, детали продолжат обсуждать в течение ближайших месяцев.

"Группа RWB и ВТБ планируют заключить соглашение о стратегическом партнерстве. (...) В результате соглашения ВТБ приобретает 5% доли в WB Банке с потенциальной возможностью увеличения доли в банке, а WB Банк, входящий в группу RWB, получает доступ к инфраструктуре ВТБ - розничным отделениям, сети банкоматов, а также инвестиционным и другим продуктам, ипотечному кредитованию для своих клиентов", - говорится в сообщении.

🇰🇷🇺🇸 Seoul eases U.S. crude transit rules
South Korea’s customs agency said Tuesday it will ease procedures so U.S. crude shipped to South Korea via third countries can still qualify for benefits under the bilateral FTA. The new rule took effect immediately and covers cargoes transshipped through locations such as Mexico, which had previously faced added documentation requirements.
The Korea Customs Service said the change is intended to support supply stability amid tensions in the Middle East. It removes a hurdle that had prevented some rerouted U.S. crude from promptly receiving preferential tariff treatment, linking trade administration more directly to energy security and import flexibility.
The agency also said it is consulting with Malaysia to speed up issuance of certificates of origin, a process that currently takes about six months. That would facilitate crude imports from the Southeast Asian producer as well.

MPs have been called to meet on Tuesday to consider Sonko's return to parliament and elect a new speaker, with speculation that the vacant post could be offered to him.
The move comes after months of tension between Faye and Sonko, the leader of the ruling Pastef party, which holds an absolute majority in parliament. Lawmakers have up to three months to approve a new prime minister, while the president cannot dissolve parliament before November, two years after the last legislative election.
