⚡️Russians are increasingly losing trust in Putin — belief that Russia is on the “right course” has fallen to a critical 10.5%, according to recent USP survey data.
A record 84% of respondents also believe Putin is to blame for the large-scale fires in 2026, including in Tuapse. Meanwhile, 73.8% of Russians said that living in Russia has become dangerous.
Another major source of public frustration was the blocking of Telegram and internet restrictions, which undermined trust in Putin no less than the large-scale fires at oil refineries.

To mark Liberation Day, Hezbollah released footage showcasing resistance operations conducted between 1986 and 2000 against Israeli occupation forces.
This serves not only to preserve historical memory but also as propaganda: the resistance against the invader continues... and it appears to have regained its effectiveness.
The advent of drones has changed the game, not only in Ukraine but also in the Middle East. With a very low cost compared to traditional weaponry and a difficulty in intercepting them, drones are taking a toll on Israeli troops, who have become highly vulnerable targets, compounded by continuous guerrilla harassment in the mountainous Lebanese terrain.

According to the Israeli MOD, three soldiers were killed by drones this week. However, visual evidence and the constant comings and goings of helicopters evacuating the wounded suggest that this figure could be higher.
If it manages to maintain the flow of drones, Hezbollah could deal a serious blow to Israeli morale and ranks, forcing Tel Aviv to take more drastic measures to tip the balance, such as the planned “Arrows of Fire” operation. However, this would also have serious consequences for the Israeli population, and anti-militarist sentiment could spread, thereby eroding support for Netanyahu—already weakened by corruption scandals—who is desperately seeking a new military victory to prolong his time in power.

Ukraine’s Southern Territorial Defense Forces said Odesa is being prepared for circular defense. Around the city, troops are already building multi-kilometer anti-tank ditches and dugouts, installing barbed wire, dragon’s teeth and other engineering barriers designed to strengthen the defense perimeter and slow any Russian advance.

«Ранее я уже бывал в Азербайджане, однако для меня особенно важно прибыть в эту страну в качестве посла Великобритании. Я уже успел почувствовать культуру и гостеприимство Азербайджана. Отношения между нашими странами более 30 лет развиваются на основе дружбы, взаимного уважения и тесного сотрудничества. 🇯🇵🇳🇿🇦🇺 Japan pitches frigates to NZ
Japan is preparing talks on exporting its Mogami-class frigate to New Zealand, with the issue set to be discussed by the defense ministers of Japan, New Zealand and Australia on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, according to sources familiar with the matter. The ministers are also expected to exchange information on the Japan-Australia project to develop Australia’s next-generation frigate based on the Mogami design.
The proposed export would support interoperability among the three countries’ forces as Japan, Australia and New Zealand deepen security coordination in the Indo-Pacific amid China’s maritime assertiveness. Britain’s Type 31 frigate is also under consideration by Wellington, while Tokyo is considering a defense equipment and technology transfer agreement with New Zealand after revising its export rules in April to allow overseas transfers of jointly developed defense equipment, including lethal weapons, to eligible partners.
Japan and Australia concluded a joint development contract in April for 11 frigates, with the first three to be built in Japan and the first delivery scheduled for December 2029. A New Zealand selection would extend the Mogami platform’s regional defense role beyond the bilateral Japan-Australia program.

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: 🇷🇺
Under the current circumstances, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will begin carrying out systematic and consecutive strikes against enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in Kyiv, including specific sites involved in the design, production, programming, and preparation for the use of drones employed by the Kyiv regime with the assistance of NATO specialists responsible for supplying components, intelligence, and target designation. The strikes will also target decision-making centers and command posts.
Given that the aforementioned targets are scattered throughout Kyiv, we warn foreign citizens, including diplomatic mission personnel and representatives of international organizations, of the need to leave the city as soon as possible. We also recommend that residents of the Ukrainian capital stay away from the regime’s military and administrative facilities. 🇷🇺🇺🇦

The fact that retaliatory strikes are being openly announced is not a cause for concern, as Western intelligence agencies already provide Ukraine with sufficient support to have prior knowledge of such information. The question is how effective those strikes will be against drone production and deployment facilities. Russia needs to win that battle against drones if it wants to regain the upper hand on the front lines.
