После серии последних массированных ударов РФ всё чаще появляются сообщения о дефиците перехватчиков для Patriot, NASAMS и IRIS-T, а расход боекомплекта остаётся крайне высоким. По словам спикера Воздушных сил Юрия Игната, часть пусковых уже работает «на голодном пайке», а на переговорах союзников приходится буквально просить по 5–10 ракет.

Главная проблема — темпы расхода ракет намного выше темпов производства. Lockheed Martin сейчас выпускает около 600 ракет PAC-3 для Patriot в год, при том что они нужны одновременно США, Израилю, странам Персидского залива, Тайваню и Украине. Даже американские аналитики признают: этого объёма уже недостаточно. Ситуацию резко ухудшила операция США и Израиля против Ирана. За считанные недели на Ближнем Востоке были израсходованы огромные объёмы Patriot и THAAD для перехвата иранских баллистических ракет и дронов.

Из-за этого Вашингтон начал задерживать поставки союзникам, включая Украину. СМИ сообщают, что некоторые украинские батареи Patriot и NASAMS периодически остаются полупустыми во время массированных ударов РФ.

При этом быстро нарастить производство почти невозможно. Новые линии по выпуску Patriot в Европе заработают не раньше 2027 года, а расширение выпуска PAC-3 до 2 тысяч ракет в год планируется только к следующему десятилетию.

Фактически сейчас идёт глобальная борьба за ограниченное количество современных ракет ПВО. Украина в этой очереди конкурирует с Ближним Востоком и потенциальным конфликтом вокруг Тайваня. На этом фоне каждая новая массированная атака всё сильнее бьёт по запасам западных систем ПВО.

Situation on Konstantinovskaya front: During the last week, Russian Army has made a series of advances in the city of Kostiantynivka. Intense shelling of Ukrainian army’s rear and supply routes, located in the northern part of the city, is paying off, allowing Russian forces to infiltrate new areas in the southern half of the city, expanding the gray zone and, with it, urban combat.

- In the south, Russian forces captured the Tabachna factory and the industrial landfill, as well as most of the Stara Santurynivka district
- In the east, Russian forces crossed the Hora district, advancing along Bahmutska Street until they reached the school on Mykhaila Savchuka Street. Russian troops also crossed the Hruzka Forest and managed to enter Teatralna Street, which leads to the central market.
- In the west, heavy Russian shelling of high-rise buildings has allowed troops to advance in the Tsentralnyi, Chervóne mistéchko, Prohresyvnyi, and Zinkovy districts, increasing pressure on Ukrainian forces still deployed in the Ukrayinsky Khutir district (which have established a base in the former bus station).
