В организации напомнили, что после прихода движения "Талибан" к власти в 2021 году в стране были введены ограничения на образование девочек, работу женщин и их участие в общественной жизни.

По-моему, причин появления этого бреда может быть ровно две:
- это какие-то "вещества"
- ну или, работники ТАСС-а так тонко стебутся со своего руководства.
