تداوم بازداشت و بلاتکلیفی ماندانا و مهسا ستوده، پس از ۵۰ روز

با گذشت بیش از ۵۰ روز از بازداشت مهسا ستوده ۲۵ ساله و ماندانا ستوده ۳۸ ساله دو خواهر بهائی ساکن شیراز، کماکان در وضعیت بلاتکلیفی و محروم از حقوق قانونی در زندان عادل‌آباد محبوس هستند

مهسا ستوده در تاریخ ۹ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ و خواهرش ماندانا ستوده در تاریخ ۱۲ فروردین‌ماه سال جاری، در اقدامات جداگانه توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران و بدون ارائه هرگونه حکم قضایی بازداشت شدند. این دو خواهر پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی اولیه، به بند زنان زندان عادل‌آباد شیراز منتقل شده و هم‌اکنون به صورت جدا از یکدیگر نگهداری می‌شوند.
یک منبع آگاه در خصوص وضعیت این دو شهروند اعلام کرد: «با وجود گذشت نزدیک به دو ماه از بازداشت، دستگاه قضایی از تعیین تکلیف پرونده و صدور قرار وثیقه برای آزادی موقت آن‌ها خودداری می‌کند. خانواده ستوده هر روزه جهت کسب اطلاع از وضعیت دخترانشان به مراجع قضایی و امنیتی مراجعه می‌کنند، اما این تلاش‌ها و پیگیری‌های مداوم تاکنون کاملاً بی‌نتیجه مانده و پاسخ روشنی به آن‌ها داده نشده است.»

تداوم بازداشت و بی‌خبری از سرنوشت شهرام امینی، پس از بازگشت از اقلیم کردستان

با گذشت ۱۴ روز از بازداشت شهرام امینی، شهروند کُرد و و اهل شهرستان مریوان توسط نیروهای حکومتی،  کماکان هیچ‌گونه اطلاعی از سرنوشت، محل نگهداری و وضعیت سلامت وی در دست نیست.
شهرام امینی ۵۲ ساله روز چهارشنبه ۱۶ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵، حین بازگشت از اقلیم کردستان در مرز باشماق توسط  نیروهای اداره اطلاعات بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده است.
یک منبع مطلع در خصوص دلایل بازداشت این شهروند اعلام کرد: «بازداشت شهرام امینی متعاقب بازگشت وی از اقلیم کردستان عراق صورت گرفته است. او به همراه خانواده‌اش و به مدت ۵ روز برای دیدار با فرزندشان به شهر سلیمانیه سفر کرده بود؛ میلاد فرزند آنها در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ به دلیل فعالیت‌های سیاسی و فشار نهادهای امنیتی، ناچار به ترک زادگاهش شده بود".
با وجود پیگیری‌های مداوم خانواده امینی، مقامات قضایی و امنیتی از دادن هرگونه پاسخ روشن درباره محل نگهداری و اتهامات انتسابی به وی خودداری می‌کنند.

تأیید حکم ۶ سال حبس برای رویا استوار، در اصفهان

شعبه ۴۷ دادگاه تجدیدنظر اصفهان در اردیبهشت‌ماه ۱۴۰۵، حکم صادره علیه #رویا_استوار را عیناً تأیید کرد.

بر اساس این حکم، او به اتهام «فعالیت آموزشی و تبلیغی مخل به شرع اسلام از طریق مدیریت یک گروه واتس‌اپی، به ۵ سال حبس تعزیری، جزای نقدی و ۱۵ سال محرومیت از حقوق اجتماعی محکوم شده و بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام یک سال حبس دیگر دریافت کرده است
در متن رأی، فعالیت‌های مجازی این شهروند با رویکردی امنیتی مورد استناد قرار گرفته و موجب صدور اشد مجازات شده است. این در حالی است که گفته شده گروه واتس‌اپی مورد اشاره تنها ۹ عضو داشته و موارد مطرح‌شده در پرونده، به تبریک «عید رضوان و ارسال یک تصویر محدود بوده است
