👀🚫 Lukoil's Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, one of Russia's top five largest refineries, has shut down half its capacity after a drone attack on Wednesday, - Reuters

The attack shut down AVT-6 primary processing unit, which accounts for 53% of the plant's capacity—25,700 tons per day.

The refinery, with a capacity of 15 million tons per year and Lukoil's largest refinery, has stopped dispensing small-scale motor fuel shipments since Wednesday and has also suspended gasoline sales on the exchange.

A Russian in Crimea complains that there is no gas at gas stations and prices are rising in stores. This is happening in various corners of the RF, but they aren't given any explanation as to what on earth is going on. Indeed, what is going on? Truly a mystery.

— Rejection of the Cold War mentality: one country’s security should not come at the expense of another, and the legitimate security interests of all states should be taken into account.

— Cessation of hostilities: a call on all parties to exercise restraint, avoid escalation, and prevent the conflict from spiraling out of control.

— Resumption of peace talks: dialogue is presented as the only way to resolve the conflict, with the international community expected to create conditions for negotiations.

— Resolving the humanitarian crisis: support for measures to reduce humanitarian consequences, protect civilians, provide aid, and strengthen the UN’s role.

— Protection of civilians and prisoners of war: respect for international humanitarian law and better conditions for prisoner exchanges.

— Safety of nuclear power plants: an end to attacks on nuclear facilities and cooperation with the IAEA.

— Reducing strategic risks: preventing the use or threat of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.

— Facilitating grain exports: ensuring the implementation of the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

— Ending unilateral sanctions: China opposes sanctions not approved by the UN Security Council.

— Maintaining production and supply chains: opposing the weaponization of the global economy and protecting global economic systems.

— Promoting post-conflict reconstruction: international support for rebuilding conflict-affected areas, with China stating it is ready to play a constructive role.
