Вопрос о выходе Армении из ЕАЭС не может быть обсужден, пока Армения сама не представила такую заявку и не выразила такого желания, заявил глава МИД РА Арарат Мирзоян.
Ранее вице-премьер РФ Алексей Оверчук заявил, что тема статуса Армении в ЕАЭС будет обсуждаться на предстоящем 29 мая в Астане заседании Высшего Евразийского экономического совета.
«А такого желания мы не выражали. Следовательно, вопрос о нашем исключении не может быть обсужден. Такого уставом не предусмотрено», - цитируют Мирзояна армянские СМИ.
На вопрос, когда Армения может принять соответствующее решение, министр ответил, что это произойдет, когда возникнет такая необходимость.
«Я не могу говорить о сроках. Подобного вопроса в нашей повестке нет», - отметил он.
Министр также отметил, что вопрос о заморозке членства Армении в ЕАЭС без ее участия также не может быть обсужден.
«Не может быть такого. Это не предусмотрено уставом. ЕАЭС – организация, руководствующаяся консенсусными решениями», - сказал он.

🇦🇹 BBC: Former intelligence official Egisto Ott has been found guilty of spying for Russia, in what has been dubbed Austria's biggest spy trial in years.
A jury in Vienna found Ott, 63, guilty of having handed over information to Russian intelligence officers and to Jan Marsalek, the fugitive executive of collapsed German payments firm Wirecard.
Ott, who denies the charges, was sentenced to four years and one month in prison. His lawyer has appealed against the verdict.
The spy scandal has revived fears that Austria remains a hotbed of Russian espionage activity.
In addition to spying, Ott was found guilty of misuse of office, bribery, aggravated fraud and breach of trust.

В последние дни эфирная и цифровая инфраструктура Общественного телевидения Армении подверглась масштабной кибератаке, сообщают армянские СМИ.
«Целью атаки было вмешательство в трансляцию мероприятий Европейского политического сообщества, после чего предприняты попытки нарушить также нормальное вещание каналов Общественного телевидения Армении», - говорится в сообщении компании.
В ОТА сообщили, что специалистам удалось предотвратить сбои, и попытки атаки не оказали существенного влияния. Инцидентом занимаются правоохранительные органы.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, as a native of Cuba, recorded a special address in Spanish. He called the main enemy of the Cubans the GAESA organization, which owns $18 billion in assets and is closely linked to the island's communist government.
Rubio said that the US is offering $100 million in aid, including food and medicine. But there is a condition: the government or GAESA will not receive the money.
The food is planned to be distributed through the Catholic Church and charitable groups. This ensures that the goods will not be resold in state stores.
Rubio also believes that it is time to decommunize Cuba so that every citizen of the country can own a private business and make a profit.

Stellantis has deepened ties with Leapmotor and Dongfeng, partly to repurpose idled facilities including its Poissy plant near Paris. Stellantis and Dongfeng also signed a $1bn deal to produce Peugeots and Jeeps in China.
The arrangement allows Chinese brands to sidestep EU and US tariffs by manufacturing within target markets rather than exporting directly from China. For Western OEMs, offloading stranded capacity reduces fixed costs while retaining some revenue from facilities that would otherwise sit dormant. The structure raises compliance complexity, as local-content and rules-of-origin requirements vary significantly across jurisdictions.
The model converts Western industrial decline into a market-entry mechanism for Chinese EV groups, accelerating their European footprint without greenfield investment.

«Были времена и события, когда мы ожидали от наших партнеров других действий, как минимум - шагов, предусмотренных договорами, однако мы их не увидели. Всё очень относительно», - сказал глава МИД Армении Арарат Мирзоян, комментируя заявление секретаря Совбеза РФ Сергея Шойгу.
По словам министра, Армения не склонна вносить напряженность в армяно-российские отношения.
«Мы не склонны вносить какое-либо напряжение в армяно-российские отношения, напротив - мы настроены продолжать наше партнерство в нормальном русле», - цитируют его армянские СМИ.
Напомним, что накануне Шойгу на заседании специальной рабочей группы Совета безопасности коснулся стиля действий армянских властей, отметив, что он не соответствует духу союзнических отношений с Россией.

❗️Reuters says all major refineries in central Russia have halted or cut fuel output after recent Ukrainian drone attacks. Their combined capacity exceeds 238,000 tons per day, equal to about a quarter of Russia’s total refining capacity.
