دونالد ترامپ در تازه‌ترین اظهارات خود درباره ایران، گفت که جمهوری اسلامی «به‌شدت تضعیف شده» و دولت او توانسته بدون ورود به جنگی گسترده، کنترل شرایط را در دست بگیرد.
رئیس‌جمهوری آمریکا در پاسخ به پرسشی درباره طولانی شدن روند توافق با ایران، با مقایسه عملکرد دولتش با جنگ‌های طولانی آمریکا در عراق، افغانستان و ویتنام گفت: «من فقط سه ماه است وارد این ماجرا شده‌ام، در حالی که آمریکا سال‌ها در جنگ‌های مختلف حضور داشت و صدها هزار نفر تلفات داد.»
ترامپ همچنین با اشاره به تلفات نیروهای آمریکایی گفت: «در ونزوئلا هیچ تلفاتی نداشتیم و اینجا هم فقط ۱۳ نفر را از دست دادیم. در حالی که افراد دیگر شاید ۱۰۰ هزار نفر تلفات می‌دادند.»
ترامپ در بخش دیگری از سخنانش تاکید کرد که «ایران کاملا درهم شکسته شده است» و افزود: «به‌زودی اتفاقاتی خواهید دید که شگفت‌انگیز خواهد بود.»

The Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) has launched a nationwide crackdown on fraudsters impersonating military personnel, politicians, and celebrities to make fake reservations at small businesses — then failing to appear, causing financial losses. The Gangwon Provincial Police Agency's phishing crime unit will lead the operation, classified alongside cyber and investment fraud.

A special surrender window runs until June 30, with lenient treatment offered to suspects who turn themselves in. The KNPA suspects that scams involving individuals posing as politicians are largely being coordinated through call centers based in Southeast Asia, placing the scheme within a broader regional fraud infrastructure already linked to phishing and telecoms scams.

Authorities are advising business owners to independently verify any non-face-to-face orders through official channels before proceeding.

Russia staged nuclear strike drills using Iskander systems, with state media publishing footage of the exercises. The weapon is designed for strikes on European targets, including airfields, headquarters, air defenses and EU infrastructure, they said.

Unmanned Systems Forces commander Magyar said 10 major Russian oil sites were hit in the first 20 days of May, with 6 forced to halt operations. He listed Moscow, Ryazan, Perm, Kirishi, Samara and Tuapse among stopped or partly disrupted facilities, while Primorsk and Yaroslavl also temporarily halted. He said several oil pumping stations were also hit in Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan and Yaroslavl regions.
