Ukraine's General Staff confirmed strikes on a microchip plant producing components for precision weapons, command posts and enemy personnel.
Ukrainian forces hit Angstrem plant in Zelenograd specializing in high-tech products and microchips for precision weapons using Ukrainian-developed RS-1 "Bars," FP-1 "Firepoint" and BARS-SM "Gladiator" drones.
Solnechnogorsk pumping station, part of Moscow's ring fuel pipeline supplying the Russian army, was also struck with fires reported. Additional hits targeted drone command posts in Kharkiv, Kherson and Donetsk regions.

It is reported that the main entrances and roads leading to this strategic base have been closed.

The United States has not extended the sanctions exemption for Russian oil, despite the difficult market situation and the ongoing war with Iran, Bloomberg reports.
The exemption concerns Russian oil already loaded onto tankers.
The Donald Trump administration first announced the easing of sanctions on Russian oil in March, and the exemption was extended again in April.
According to Bloomberg, India, Indonesia, and several other countries heavily dependent on oil imports lobbied for the sanctions relief.
In April, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent initially said the United States would not extend the exemption, but reversed the decision two days later.
Speaking before a Senate committee, Bessent explained that he changed course after appeals from “more than a dozen of the most vulnerable and energy-poor countries.”
Journalists suggest that lobbying from Asian partners and further escalation in the oil market could once again push Washington to reconsider its decision later.

Иранские дроны-камикадзе Shahed-107 и Shahed-101, продемонстрированные МО РФ в качестве украинских дронов Х-107 и Х-101, обезвреженных в Курской области.
Дроны-камикадзе Shahed-107 (Shahed-101) стали ограниченно применяться ВС РФ в украинском приграничье с осени 2025 года. Противник публиковал фото обломков (1, 2), также появлялось видео полета данного БПЛА над Сумами и кадры перехвата украинским зенитным дроном в Сумской области.
Похоже, кто-то насобирал незнакомые потерпевшие крушение беспилотники, а дальше не разбираясь свалил их в общую кучу со украинскими БПЛА. По крайней мере, теперь мы знаем их возможный индекс в рядах ВС РФ.
Для сравнения, на фото 2-3 упавший дрон Shahed-101, найденный в Ираке, и дроны этой модели на катапультах перед запуском проиранским ополчением по Израилю.
