➖ В течение суток российские военные нанесли удары по объектам инфраструктуры Украины.

➖ Войска группировки "Восток" продолжают продвижение в глубину обороны противника, подразделения "Южной" группировки улучшили положение по переднему краю, группировка "Центр" заняла более выгодные рубежи и позиции.

🇫🇮🇺🇦 The paradox is that sometimes Ukrainian drones fly into our country, but we need to learn to defend ourselves from them from the Ukrainians themselves. But we should not accuse them of waging a defensive war, - Alexander Stubb.

"The first is that we are not necessarily fully prepared for drone operations - neither in peacetime nor in wartime. And the second is that we have something to learn from the Ukrainians," he noted.

When asked whether the Ukrainians are listening to the concerns and requests of their partners, Stubb answered:

"Absolutely. I talk to Zelensky at least once a week, sometimes more often. After the first drone incident, I immediately called him. I said, "Volodymyr, what's going on?" And he said, "Oh, sorry, we didn't mean to. You know, it was a mistake, and it was our drone, but only because the GPS system was jammed." So yes, the Ukrainians are listening to us." Stubb concluded.

🇫🇮🇺🇦🇪🇺 There are two reasons why Europe should resume contacts with Russia. One of them is that Ukraine is in a strong position, and Russia is in a weak one, - Stubb.

Stubb confirmed that he is one of those European politicians who speak about the need to resume dialogue with Russia, since Europe's interests are currently not taken into account. At the same time, he emphasizes that Europe must establish "red lines" in this dialogue that cannot be violated.

"If you don't sit at the table, you will be eaten at this table. I think it is better to enter into some kind of dialogue. Who will do it, what the conditions will be - in my opinion, it is too early to say. But it is important," Stubb noted.

❓У меня вчера на стриме спрашивали о селе Чаривном на Гуляйпольском направлении (это южнее села Гуляйпольское)

В тот момент у меня не было конкретной информации.
Так вот, уточняю: по состоянию на вчерашний вечер в районе Чаривного зафиксирована инфильтрация нескольких малых пехотных групп противника, судя по всему, они сумели закрепиться южнее села и на его южной окраине.

О полноценном контроле за этим населенным пунктом со стороны противника пока речи не едет. Скорее, можно говорить о его присутствии в нем...

Japan's Immigration Services Agency suspended issuance of certificates of eligibility for Type I Specified Skilled Worker visas in the food service sector on April 13. Foreign worker holders of this status reached roughly 46,000 by end-February — on track to breach the 50,000 quota set for the 2028 financial year. Operators including Skylark Holdings, which employs 32 exchange students from Myanmar, warn pending applicants may leave Japan and not return.

Type I visas allow up to five years of work without family reunification rights. Japan has expanded foreign labor access in recent years to offset structural labor shortages, but has maintained strict numerical caps by sector. The suspension creates immediate hiring pressure across an industry that has grown dependent on migrant workers as a core staffing pipeline.

Operators must now compete for an increasingly constrained pool of eligible foreign workers, with no clear timeline for when the suspension will be lifted.
