Поступки и решения премьер-министра Армении Никола Пашиняна, направленные на сближение с Евросоюзом, ведут к расколу общества в этой республике, что чревато большими проблемами, считает председатель Госдумы РФ Вячеслав Володин.
«Все это ведет к расколу общества. И, пожалуй, это самая крупная потеря, которая возможна в Армении, - потеря единства», - написал он в своем канале в Мах.
Председатель Госдумы отметил, что именно «с этого начинались большие проблемы во многих странах».
Кроме того, Володин представил цифры. Так, на фоне разговоров о стремлении Армении в Евросоюз «товарооборот с нашей страной в 2025 году резко упал на 45,4%, и эта негативная тенденция сохраняется», отметил он.
По словам Володина, «граждане России, работающие в Армении, строящие там бизнес, начали сворачивать предприятия, уезжают в связи со сложившейся ситуацией неопределенности в будущем и проблемами, которые могут возникнуть».
«По оценкам экспертов, выход Армении из ЕАЭС может стоить ей потери 15-20% ВВП – не менее $5 млрд», - считает председатель Госдумы РФ.

Researchers affiliated with China State Shipbuilding Corporation have recommended deploying wave-powered unmanned surface vessels (USVs) for maritime enforcement and persistent surveillance in contested waters, including the South China Sea. Published in Naval and Merchant Ships, the paper argues the self-propelled vessels — which convert wave motion into thrust via submerged fin assemblies — could sustain long-term operations in distant waters without crews or refuelling.
The proposal comes as China faces sustained friction over island and reef claims in the South China Sea. The authors identify applications including routine patrol, monitoring of illegal activity, and far-sea search and rescue. The shift mirrors a broader trend — the US has already integrated wave-powered platforms like the Wave Glider into naval surveillance — as AI-enabled uncrewed systems emerge as low-cost alternatives to destroyers, patrol aircraft, and submarines.
If operationalised, persistent autonomous patrols would expand China's effective maritime presence without the crewing and logistical demands of conventional assets.
