Russian officials and media had blamed the death on a Ukrainian attack against civilians, but the court cited Investigative Committee expertise and an expert conclusion pointing to the missile.

As a result of the attack on the Karachev district a woman died.

The court found that the woman died due to the fragmentation of the skull as a result of the explosion of an anti-aircraft missile with the serial number 016 (batch number 0-17) of Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun complex.

At the same time, representatives of JSC Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau, which produces Pantsir-S1 air defense missile system and its ammunition, did not appear in court - as did representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

This is how the Russian authorities once again killed their citizen, talking about Ukrainian terrorists.
