Организация тюркских государств приветствует принятие в Азербайджане Стратегии искусственного интеллекта на 2025–2028 гг. и утверждение Плана действий по ускорению цифрового развития на 2026–2028 гг.
Об этом говорится в Туркестанской декларации, принятой сегодня по итогам неформального саммита ОТГ, сообщает Report.
Подписанты также приветствуют вступление в силу в 2026 году цифровых кодексов Кыргызской Республики и Республики Казахстан, принятие Стратегии развития технологий искусственного интеллекта до 2030 года в Узбекистане, а также усилия Турции по разработке нового видения в сфере искусственного интеллекта на период после 2026 года с широким участием заинтересованных сторон и создание Управления по кибербезопасности Турецкой Республики.
Данные инициативы рассматриваются лидерами тюркских государств как значительный вклад в продвижение цифровой трансформации государств-членов ОТГ и совершенствование их цифрового регулирования.

CyberBoroshno analysis finds: A Bryansk court ruling found a woman killed in Soglasie, Karachevsky District, on January 12, 2025 died from skull fragmentation caused by a Pantsir-S1 air defense missile explosion. Russian officials and media had blamed the death on a Ukrainian attack against civilians, but the court cited Investigative Committee expertise and an expert conclusion pointing to the missile.

As a result of the attack on the Karachev district a woman died.
The court found that the woman died due to the fragmentation of the skull as a result of the explosion of an anti-aircraft missile with the serial number 016 (batch number 0-17) of Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun complex.
At the same time, representatives of JSC Shipunov Instrument Design Bureau, which produces Pantsir-S1 air defense missile system and its ammunition, did not appear in court - as did representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
This is how the Russian authorities once again killed their citizen, talking about Ukrainian terrorists.
