In Chișinău, 36 states and the European Union signed an agreement on the steering committee for the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Iryna Mudra said.
She noted that, for the first time since Nuremberg and Tokyo, a separate mechanism of accountability is being created for the crime of launching an aggressive war against Ukraine. “Those who started it will be held accountable. This is inevitable.”
Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Iryna Mudra stated that the next step is the formation of the Special Tribunal in The Hague, which Ukraine expects to launch next year.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha called the moment historic, saying that, like the Nuremberg Tribunal 80 years ago, the Special Tribunal in The Hague will restore justice after the war.
He added that this is the third founding document of the tribunal, and that a “point of no return” has been reached, making it a legal reality.
A compensation commission and a register of losses are also expected to be established.

The main burning zone is significant and covers the territory where all the primary oil processing units of the Ryazan Refinery are located, AVT-1/2/3/4 and AT-6, which provided a design processing capacity of about 19–20 million tons of oil.
In addition, a distant burning zone can be seen between the refinery and the CHP, which probably arose as a result of damage to the technological overpass connecting the CHP and the refinery.

Была отмечена стратегическая роль Среднего коридора, цифровой связности, сотрудничества в области кибербезопасности, инноваций на основе ИИ и проекта «Цифровой Шёлковый путь», включая инициативу по прокладке Транскаспийского оптоволоконного кабеля.
Министр проинформировал своих коллег о Плане действий Азербайджана по ускорению цифрового развития на 2026–2028 годы, а также об «умных» усилиях по восстановлению на освобождённых территориях.
Было отмечено значение WUF13, который пройдёт в Баку в 2026 году, как свидетельство устойчивой городской концепции Азербайджана.
Была подтверждена приверженность Азербайджана цифровой трансформации и развитию сотрудничества в рамках ОТГ в области ИИ и новых технологий», – говорится в публикации МИД АР.
