Тверской суд Москвы отправил под домашний арест до 20 июня продюсера певицы Линды Михаила Кувшинова, обвиняемого в мошенничестве с авторскими правами.
Подробностей дела в суде не сообщили.
По данным СМИ, претензии следствия к Кувшинову связаны с расследованием дела о нарушении авторских прав. Дело было возбуждении по заявлению музыканта Макса Фадеева. Он обвинил музыкального издателя Андрея Черкасова в махинациях с документами, из-за которых потерял права на песни Светланы Гейман (Линда).
Черкасов с ноября также находится под домашним арестом.
Ранее, певица Линда была вызвана на допрос к следователю в качестве свидетеля по делу.
