محمد عباسی، از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات سراسری دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، سحرگاه روز چهارشنبه ۲۳ اردیبهشت در زندان قزلحصار اعدام شد.
یک منبع مطلع نزدیک به خانواده محمد عباسی با اعلام این خبر به خبرگزاری هرانا گفت مسوولان زندان قزلحصار از خانواده او خواسته بودند برای ملاقات به زندان مراجعه کنند، اما پس از حضور خانواده، امکان ملاقات از آن‌ها سلب شد. به گفته این منبع، خانواده عباسی پس از ترک زندان، در تماس تلفنی از اجرای حکم اعدام او مطلع شدند.
