ترامپ: خواهیم دید چه خواهد شد
دونالد ترامپ، رئیسجمهور آمریکا، پیش از سفر به پکن گفت که رئیسجمهور چین درباره جنگ ایران «نسبتاً خوب» عمل کرده است، اما واشینگتن به کمک او نیازی ندارد.
او روز سه شنبه در جمع خبرنگاران افزود که قرار است با شی جینپینگ «گفتوگویی طولانی» درباره ایران داشته باشد.
ترامپ تصریح کرد: «فکر نمیکنم ما به هیچ کمکی درباره ایران نیاز داشته باشیم. ما به هر شکلی که باشد پیروز خواهیم شد. یا بهصورت مسالمتآمیز پیروز میشویم یا به شکل دیگری.»
رئیسجمهور آمریکا با اشاره به این که توان نظامی ایران در جنگ اخیر از بین رفته است، هشدار داد: ««ایران یا کار درست را انجام خواهد داد یا ما کار را تمام خواهیم کرد.»
او به جزئیات بیشتری درباره این هشدار اشاره نکرد، اما این اظهارات در حالی است که ترامپ پیشنهاد آخر ایران برای توافق پایان جنگ را در روزهای اخیر رد کرده و آن را «کاملا غیر قابل قبول» و «فوقالعاده ضعیف» خوانده است.
رئیسجمهور آمریکا قرار است چهارشنبه برای دیداری رسمی وارد پایتخت چین شود. این سفر که قرار بود در ماه مارس انجام شود، به دلیل درگیری نظامی آمریکا و اسرائیل با ایران چند هفته به تأخیر افتاد.
