JNIM terrorists continue to attack supply routes. 🏴🇲🇱🇷🇺
In recent days, civilian vehicles have been attacked by jihadists in central Mali, along the roads leading to the capital. This forms part of JNIM’s policy of ‘imposing a siege on the capital’ through attacks on supply convoys and civilians to instil terror in the local population (before retreating into the desert and unpopulated areas). In response, the FAMa and the Africa Corps are significantly stepping up patrols and escorts for these convoys whilst continuing to attack the terrorists’ camps.
