Ukraine and Lithuania have signed a declaration on the protection, return, rehabilitation, and reintegration of Ukrainian children.

After a meeting with his Lithuanian counterpart Kęstutis Budrys, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that Lithuania would allocate €10 million for these efforts.

The sides also discussed defense cooperation, EU-related issues, and a drone agreement. Ukraine confirmed its readiness to send an expert group to Lithuania to assist in strengthening air defense.

Sybiha also emphasized the importance of quickly opening negotiation clusters for Ukraine’s accession to the European Union.

❗️Ukraine and Germany are launching joint development and production of drones with ranges from under 100 km to 1,500 km, Boris Pistorius said during his visit to Kyiv. The German defense minister said long-range UAVs are key to deterring Russian attacks on Ukrainian military infrastructure and can suppress and destroy enemy air defenses when used at scale. Berlin also plans to join Ukraine’s Brave1 platform.

Ukraine held a new round of talks with RTX focused on speeding up Patriot missile deliveries, repairing damaged systems and servicing some components directly inside Ukraine. On May 10, Indonesian police raided a commercial building near Chinatown in Jakarta, detaining at least 312 foreign nationals linked to an alleged online gambling operation. The site hosted over 70 illegal betting websites targeting players outside Indonesia, making it one of the largest enforcement actions against digital gambling networks in the country's history.

Online gambling is banned in Indonesia, but the country has increasingly become a base for transnational illegal betting operations serving foreign markets across the region. The use of a centralized, commercial facility to manage dozens of platforms points to a structured, cross-border criminal network rather than opportunistic activity.

The nationalities of those arrested and the full scope of the network have not been disclosed.
