Europe is preparing a new package of sanctions against Russia. This time, the main emphasis is planned to be on combating the so-called "shadow fleet".

It is expected to be introduced in late June or early July.

North Korean ground, naval, and air forces marched at Red Square on May 9, carrying the DPRK flag alongside a Victory Day banner — the first time North Korean troops have publicly paraded on Russian soil.
