Beyond direct casualties, such strikes disrupt medical services, damage critical infrastructure, and gradually undermine the capacity of the healthcare system.

“Each of these attacks is a violation of international humanitarian law. Each one means a patient who cannot be reached, a health worker in danger, a community left without help.

This cannot be normalized. Under international humanitarian law, healthcare is protected.

This is not a guideline or a recommendation. It is a binding obligation for all parties to any conflict.

WHO will continue to document every attack on the health system and advocate for the protection of health workers in Ukraine,” said Hans-Henry P. Kluge.

Around 20% of recorded attacks targeted ambulances and other medical transport. Nearly one in three of these incidents resulted in casualties or injuries, making medical transport one of the most dangerous sectors in terms of risk.

“Since the beginning of this year alone, 186 WHO-confirmed attacks on the health system have resulted in 15 deaths and at least 81 injuries, and these figures continue to rise.

Compared to the same period in 2025, the number of deaths has nearly quadrupled, while injuries have almost doubled,” said Jarno Habicht.

According to the United Nations, 12.7 million people in Ukraine require humanitarian assistance, including 9.2 million in need of health support.

Civilian casualties are estimated to have increased by 31% compared to 2025.

“According to the latest estimates, the cost of rebuilding the health sector over the next 10 years has already reached $23.6 billion. At the same time, we are doing everything possible to ensure patients have access to necessary medical care,” said Ukraine’s Minister of Health Viktor Liashko.

WHO operations in Ukraine continue to adapt to the evolving situation, supporting healthcare facilities, protecting medical workers, and strengthening the resilience of the system.

دادبان جزئیات جدیدی از اعدام محمدرضا میری، یکی از سه بازداشتی دی ۱۴۰۴ در مشهد، منتشر کرد. میری، کارگر ۲۱ ساله‌ای که اخیراً سربازی را تمام کرده بود، بامداد شنبه ۱۳ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵ در تماس تلفنی با خانواده از انتقالش برای اعدام خبر داد. او با صدایی لرزان گفت: «دارن منو می‌برن برای اعدام، من کاری نکردم، بیاین منو نجات بدین.» ساعاتی بعد حکم او اجرا شد. میری که به همراه ابراهیم دولت‌آبادی و مهدی رسولی به اتهام «محاربه» و «مشارکت در قتل یک مأمور نیروی انتظامی» محکوم شده بود، یکی از معترضان بازداشتی دی ۱۴۰۴ بود. دادبان نوشت اجرای این احکام با وجود ابهامات جدی در روند رسیدگی صورت گرفت. همچنین گزارش شده اجرای احکام بدون اطلاع قبلی به خانواده‌ها انجام شده بود، در حالی که به آن‌ها گفته می‌شد پرونده در کمیسیون عفو در حال بررسی است.

برای لحظه‌ای تجسم کنید که اگر آمریکا یا اسرائیل یک نفتکش ایران را هدف قرار داده و نفت آن وارد آب‌های خلیج فارس شده بود.
چه اتفاقی می‌افتاد؟
تا این لحظه هیاهوی رسانه‌های چپ‌ گوش زمین و زمان را کر کرده بود. گروه‌های حفاظت از محیط زیست بیانیه می‌دادند، دبیرکل سازمان ملل علیه آن نطق می‌کرد و هواداران دوآتشه‌ی محیط زیست/حقوق حیوانات/حقوق همجنسگرایان/فلسطین‌باز‌ها در خیابان‌های پاریس و‌ برلین کارناوال راه می‌انداختند و بر مظلومیت حیوانات دریایی خلیج فارس اشک می‌ریختند.

امروز حدود یک هفته است که رژیم تبهکار خامنه‌ای نفت‌های اضافی جزیره‌ی خارک را در آب‌های خلیج فارس تخلیه می‌کند و تصاویر ماهواره‌ای گسترش هر روزه‌ی لکه‌ی نفتی را نشان می‌دهند. اما ما هیچ صدایی از حامیان محیط زیست و حقوق حیوانات نشنیده‌ایم.

عجیب نیست؟
نه، عجیب نیست. زیرا در نظر چپ افراطی مسلط بر رسانه‌های جهانی، هر جرم و جنایت اگر در خدمت اهداف چپ و ضربه به آمریکا و اسرائیل باشد ایرادی ندارد و تنها باید با بایکوت خبری از آن گذشت.

ما سال‌ها این واقعیت را می‌دانستیم اما اکنون دورویی و جعل و دروغ چپ را به روشنی می‌بینیم.

Recently, we have heard the whispers of the cowards and the groans of the defeated, who seek to accuse our front of dependence on foreign entities or portray us as tools manipulated by foreign powers, and claim that we belong to movements to which we are not linked, except by our land and our blood. And since we are “Oulay al-Baas,” we do not accept humiliation nor do we rest in falsehood, so it is necessary to expose the truth to silence the tongues of falsehood.

First: We declare before God and history that we reject any ties that would make our decision dependent on foreign entities or imported ideologies. We are “Syrians,” born of the soil of this land, and our decision is not forged in the capitals of our occupiers, but at the muzzles of rifles and under a hail of bullets. Our gunpowder is “Syrian,” and our decision is “Syrian,” and our goal is to liberate every inch contaminated by the occupation; we do not wait for any “signal” from anyone, nor do we beg for any “consent” from those who judge or criticize.

Our relationship with those who share our trench of confrontation on the axis of resistance is that of “brothers in arms” and a common faith in the sanctity of the struggle against the single enemy, which is the integration of the free, not the enslavement of the followers.

Second: Our creed is the land and our religion is loyalty to Syria: “Oulay al-Baas” is the mosaic in which all the spectres of the Syrian fabric have merged, with all its sects and denominations.
Our religious and sectarian identity is “loyalty to this land”; in our trenches, the “sectarian” merges into the “national,” and narrow labels fade before the sanctity of liberation.
We are an open-faced Syrian front, fully integrated, united by the “Baath of God” to form a single front, like a solid edifice against an enemy that makes no distinction between one Syrian and another.

Third: Military figures hardened on the battlefield have rallied under our banner; the brave men of the “Dissolved Syrian Army” have joined forces with their fellow soldiers working in the so-called “Ministry of Defense” of the de facto authority in Damascus; they have shaken the dust of division from their shoulders, wrapped themselves in the banner of truth, and gathered under the “Oulay al-Baas.”
They united when the paths were lost, and they united under the “trench” when politics divided them, to be the brain of the resistance and its executive arm, and their experience is a treasure unique to Syria.

Fourth: To all those who attempt to “embellish” the accusations against us and link us to agendas that do not serve the interests of Syrians: you will fail, and your arrows will miss their mark. We are “servants of God, Oulay al-Baas,” a power imposed upon the occupiers, and a rock that shatters the illusions of dependency and subjugation.
We will be nothing but Syrians, and we will fight for nothing but the dignity and sovereignty of Syria.
