📝 In his ruling, Moraes stated that the existence of constitutional review actions represents a “new and relevant procedural fact” that could influence the analysis of requests submitted by defense lawyers for those convicted. According to the justice, the suspension was imposed “for legal certainty” until the STF reaches a final decision, with expectations that the court may overturn the law’s constitutionality.

➡️ In the same interview, Flávio also accused Moraes of participating in the drafting of the bill. “I find it strange, because it was Alexandre de Moraes himself who wrote the text that was approved by Congress,” he said. “He was the one who blocked debate in the Legislature, both in the Chamber and in the Senate, because we wanted broad, general, and unrestricted amnesty.”

➡️ The senator also claimed there was a “coordinated arrangement” between Moraes and the bill’s rapporteur in the Chamber, Congressman Paulinho da Força (Solidariedade-SP). According to Flávio, the congressman “received instructions directly from him, asking what could or could not be included in the dosimetry text.”
