‼️ The leading technical university in Russia, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, trains hackers, disinformation specialists, and cyber operatives for the GRU military intelligence service, — investigations by The Guardian, The Insider, Der Spiegel, Le Monde, Delfi, and VSquare.
The documents trace a direct path from training in hacking and disinformation to assignments in well-known GRU cyber units, including Fancy Bear and Sandworm.
Bauman University has long been known for its military ties, including training specialists involved in weapons development. However, its role in preparing cyber operatives has remained largely hidden, the investigations note.
Department No. 4, titled “Special Training,” is not listed on the university’s official website — its numbering skips from No. 3 to No. 5. According to the findings, the department was deliberately concealed and is directly overseen by the GRU, which influences curricula, sets evaluation criteria, selects candidates, and funds the program.
The program also includes propaganda training.
The course on espionage technologies is taught by Lieutenant Colonel Kirill Stupakov, deputy head of the department, who has been affiliated with the program since at least 2022 and is linked to military unit 45807 of the GRU.
According to the investigation, the group also conducted online intelligence operations in 2022 during the siege of Mariupol.
Journalists report that at least 15 graduates from the 2024 class alone, out of 69 students, were assigned to various GRU units.

🇵🇱🇪🇺 Poland will receive almost €44 billion from the EU for military modernization, - Le Monde.
Poland was the first EU member state to sign a loan agreement under SAFE programme, created to strengthen European defence in response to the Russian threat and a possible reduction in US support.
Warsaw will receive €43.7 billion for military modernization, development of its defence industry, and the purchase of weapons and critical infrastructure.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk called it a “turning point” for Poland and the entire European Union. He said Europe is finally learning from history and taking greater responsibility for its own security.
Poland already spends more on defence than any other NATO member relative to its economy — around 4.8% of GDP.

Что нашла украинская разведка?
Опубликованные в конце апреля ГУР Украины фотографии обломков некоего БПЛА или КР приписываются новейшей российской системе вооружений С-71. Однако соответствует ли это действительности?
Прежде всего, какие источники информации есть по изделию С-71 – в хронологическом порядке:
▪️Патент RU 2595748 С1, опубликованный 27.08.2016.
▪️Книга суховского историка Павла Плунского «Опытно-конструкторское бюро имени П.О. Сухого», посвященная 85-летию фирмы (лето 2024-го года).
▪️Статья известного авиационного журналиста Петра Бутовски в журнале Aviation Week (12.08.2024).
▪️Упомянутая выше публикация ГУР.
Что в этих материалах было?
В патенте была только принципиальные схемы применения с мутными картинками. На них было изображено что-то похожее на то, что позже было опознано как С-71К («Ковёр»).
В книге Павла Плунского были чёткие фотографии изделий С-71К и С-71М («Монохром») и общие слова о системах их наведения.
В статье Петра Бутовски говорилось, что МО РФ дало добро на производство С-71, и что 18 апреля шеф-пилот ОКБ Сухого Сергей Богдан совершил первый полет с подвеской С-71К и С-71М под крылом новейшего российского истребителя Су-57.
Не обошлось и без ляпов. Фюзеляж С-71 назван трапециевидным в сечении, в то время как у С-71К он шестигранный, а у С-71М – прямоугольный. Двигатель был назван ТРДД-50 (для С-71 он заведомо переразмерен, поскольку применяется на КРВБ, в том числе на Х-101 с её массой 2200-2400 кг).
Отмечу, что нигде не говорится о том, что БЧ изд. С-71 представляет собой авиабомбу. Да это и не «по-инженерски».
Наконец, заявление ГУР также не убедительно. В полном тексте говорится, что обнаружен «удешёвлённый» вариант С-71, сделанный именно «под бомбу». На «длинном» фото (оно в заголовке) хорошо видно, что фюзеляж просто обтянут тонким пластиком. Зато в верхней части снимка хорошо видно конструкцию, подозрительно напоминающую силовую балку УМПК. Полный набор обломков так и не показан.
Бомба на фото – не ОДАБ-250-270, а её модификация с индексом «Т» (теплостойкая). Эта буковка есть на корпусе, да и форма головной части говорит об этом однозначно.
Двигатель бравые разведчики опознали точно (видимо, по шильдику J). Это REYNOLDS R500. Вопреки названию, это российское изделие. По информации ГУР, в этой версии он имеет тягу 70 кг.
Движок может показаться слабым - но есть одно «НО». Американцы сейчас проводят испытания GBU‑75 (JDAM LR). Это третья итерация управляемых бомб JDAM – с двигателем тягой 91 кг, превращающим бомбу в крылатую ракету.
JDAM соответствует российским бомбам с УМПК. «Идеи ходят стаями», и нет ничего удивительного в том, что российским оружейникам тоже пришла мысль превратить управляемую бомбу в дешёвую крылатую ракету.
ОДАБ-250-270Т на складах много: применять их сейчас не эффективно (бомба «заточена» под высокий сверхзвук). Использование с лёгким обтекателем – оптимальный вариант. УМПК под бомбу массой 500 кг без проблем «унесёт» конструкцию с двигателем и запасом топлива. Прикидочно, улететь он может километров на триста.
Отмечу, что по темпу разработки наши превзошли американцев, выйдя на этап войсковых испытаний. Ну, а зачем ГУР понадобилось выдавать это за С-71 – бог весть…
