СМИ КНДР сообщают об очередном визите Ким Чен Ына на оборонное предприятия.
В этот раз опубликованы интересные фотографии и цифры о загадочной 155-мм САУ, имеющей в иностранных источниках индекс М-2018. Мелькавшей ранее и на парадах, и на стрельбах, и на визитах в различные промышленные и научные учреждения. Аналогичная ситуация и с некими перспективными боеприпасами для нее. Как и заметно то, что на разных публичных появлениях постепенно появлялись видимые изменения, вроде баллистического радара.
Теперь еще кое-что стало известно.
Таким образом, артиллерия КНА наконец-то завершает сильно затянувшуюся эпоху "чугуния по площадям" и в своей ствольной артиллерии (в реактивной процесс начался раньше). Постепенно начиная свой переход к классическому джентельменскому набору многих других артиллерийских держав: 155-мм длинноствольная САУ по системе стандартов JBMoU (или сопоставимых) с разным цифровым "обвесом" и новым поколением боеприпасов.

"Товарищ Ким Чен Ын ознакомился с положением производства трех дивизионных комплектов новейших самоходных гаубиц-пушек, которыми будет оснащена дальнобойная артиллерийская часть южной границы в течение этого года по постановлению I Пленума ЦК партии девятого созыва.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын подробно заслушал мнения экспертов по результатам испытательного пробега, преодоления рельефных препятствий и подводной переправы боевой машины новейшей 155-мм самоходной гаубицы-пушки, опытной стрельбы обновленными снарядами, которые проведены по плану испытания части...
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын оценил преимущество новой системы самоходной гаубицы-пушки, которая производится на предприятии, отметил военно-стратегическое значение этой системы вооружения.
Он сказал: теперь дальность крупнокалиберных нарезных орудий, которые вместе с системами разных оперативно-тактических ракет и мощных реактивных орудий будут поступать на вооружение передовых частей, превышает 60 км. Такое стремительное расширение радиуса огневого удара и скачкообразное улучшение способности к уничтожению целей будут приносить большие перемены и полезность для наземных операций нашей армии. Мы должны переформулировать понятие об операции с использованием сил и средств на основе реальных условий, когда применяются новые вооружения.
Он отметил, что новая система орудия, обладающая выдающейся маневренностью, высокой способностью к обработке информации о боевой обстановке и системой автоматической стрельбы, будет полностью обновлять состав наших артиллерийских сил. Она имеет большое значение в осуществлении военно-стратегического курса партии на укрепление дальнобойной артиллерии, - подчеркнул он."
