🇺🇸 Trump's "Project Freedom" fails in the Strait of Hormuz
🔹 U.S. President Donald Trump announced in a message that he is temporarily halting the "Project Freedom" military operation to escort commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz.
👉 Trump claims that he took this step at the request of Pakistan and other countries, and to advance ongoing negotiations with Iran toward a possible agreement.
✍️ Trump's decision to pause Project Freedom was made after Iran, in response to the launch of this operation, attacked and struck five violating vessels and at least two American destroyers. Furthermore, positions in the UAE – as a host for U.S. forces – were hit multiple times, and the traffic control zone in the Strait of Hormuz has been extended beyond UAE waters into the Gulf of Oman. On top of that, no commercial vessel accepted the risk of transiting the Strait of Hormuz under U.S. military escort!
✍️ These developments show that Trump was forced to halt this absurd project, and its suspension amounts to an American failure to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Clearly, the U.S. is afraid of continuing the confrontation with Iran and the rising costs.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Axios: U.S. and Iranian officials are reportedly close to a brief 14-point agreement aimed at ending the current conflict and restarting nuclear negotiations.
The proposed deal would pause Iran’s uranium enrichment for at least 12 years, ease U.S. sanctions, release frozen Iranian funds, and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
The framework would begin with a 30-day negotiation period, likely in Geneva or Islamabad, while both sides gradually roll back military and shipping restrictions. Iran would also accept tougher UN inspections and pledge not to pursue nuclear weapons.
No final agreement has been reached.

This is one of the main hubs through which Ukrainian sunflower oil goes to world markets. Kernel provides every tenth ton of global exports of this product.
Direct hits destroyed the tanks - more than 1,100 tons of oil leaked. It did not get into the sea, everything was quickly localized.
The explosions caused a fire, which was quickly extinguished. Equipment, offices, and four railway tanks were damaged. The terminal suspended operations.
Exports, according to the company, continue through partner terminals - in Odesa and on the Danube. That is, the infrastructure has been hit, but the country is not losing foreign exchange earnings yet.

Отвечая на вопрос о перспективе ухудшения армяно-российских отношений в свете прошедшего в Ереване саммита ЕПС, спикер парламента Армении Ален Симонян ответил вопросом – а разве Армения, преследуя свои интересы должна постоянно оглядываться, не расстроилась ли Россия? Насколько это правильно?
«Считаю неправильно», - заявил Симонян, добавив, что, когда РФ преследует свои интересы, не заботится интересами Армении, попирает она их или нет.
По словам Симоняна, Армения лишь обеспечивает собственные интересы, свою безопасность.
«Когда мы были в состоянии войны с Азербайджаном, Россия продавала оружие Азербайджану и состояла с ним в союзнических отношениях. И говорила о независимости государств. А Армения должна оставаться рабом? Чтобы ей диктовали, с кем здороваться, а с кем нет? И если поздоровается или примет в гости – обиды? как так?», - заявил Симонян.
Отвечая на вопрос об усилении экономической зависимости Армении от РФ, Симонян заявил, что не хочет говорить резко, но что такое зависимость: либо мы живем стоя на коленях, будь то Россия, Франция, или кто-то иной, под его сапогом, не проводим свободные выборы, не имеем свободные СМИ, или пытаемся без войн и вражды, политических или иных нападок, быть хозяевами нашей маленькой страны. Не менять одного «большого брата» на другого, не уступать свои свободы, это вопрос выбора, пояснил он.
Он повторил, что в прошлом «мы были на коленях», поскольку президентские выборы проходили с фальсификациями, о чем свидетельствуют поздравления из Москвы еще до заявления ЦИК, Россия назначала здесь наместника, назначение большинства руководителей уточнялось с этой страной, вся политическая конъюнктура согласовывалась с ней, послы Армении сотрудничали с их послами. Разве это политическая независимость? Не было независимости 2018 года, заявил Симонян.

Ukraine’s annual drone production capacity is between 5 and 7 million units.
Now think about how you defend against that. You cannot fire Patriot missiles at every drone.
For example, the European Union is building an electronic shield against Russian missiles and drones.
They are trying to neutralize them electronically somehow.
Apart from Ukraine, have you heard about any major ground offensives recently? Hardly any.
Everyone is simply firing missiles at each other. The war lasts as long as your missile stockpile lasts.
