По данным министерства обороны Украины, по состоянию на апрель 2026 года к проекту частной ПВО присоединились 24 компании – это предприятия различных форм собственности Харьковской, Одесской, Киевской, Полтавской, Закарпатской и других областей.

Группы частной ПВО состоят из гражданских работников, прошедших обучение, имеющих необходимые сертификаты, допуски и отвечающих определенным требованиям.

«В рамках действующего законодательства и по согласованию с командованием воздушных сил им предоставлено право применять определённые средства ПВО на определённом участке, в определённое время для защиты от воздушных атак врага», – отметили в Минобороны Украины.

К группам частной ПВО присоединяются лица, которые не подлежат призыву по мобилизации.

«Соответственно, они не получают бронирования за участие в группе. Также это могут быть представители военизированной охраны, если таковые имеются у предприятия», – резюмировали в ведомстве.
