The World Aquatics has allowed Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete in adult competitions with their flags and anthems.

“Adult athletes with Belarusian or Russian sports citizenship will be able to participate in World Aquatics competitions on an equal footing with their colleagues representing other countries, in appropriate uniforms, with appropriate flags and anthems.
