🇱🇧/🇮🇱 Report No. 29: Latest status of ground engagement lines on the southern Lebanon – northern occupied Palestine front + map

🟡 Al‑Bayyada and Shama axis:
The Zionist regime army has captured the Al‑Bayyada and Shama areas, while Hezbollah fighters continue to target their movements with rocket attacks, anti‑tank missiles, quadcopters, etc.

🟡 Bint Jbeil axis:
The Israeli army has temporarily halted its advance on the Rashaf‑Beit Lif route and has shifted its efforts toward encircling Bint Jbeil‑Aynatha. In line with this objective, heavy airstrikes and artillery bombardments were carried out last night on the villages of Tayri and Kounine.

Heavy fighting continues on the eastern front of Bint Jbeil and Aynatha, and Hezbollah has so far prevented Israeli armored convoys from entering these towns.

🟡 Markaba to Al‑Khiyam axis:
Israeli attacks in Markaba, Qantara, and Deir Seryan have temporarily halted, and D9 military bulldozers are demolishing residential buildings in these areas in order to uncover and destroy Hezbollah’s underground positions.

Fighting continues on the eastern and southern fronts of Al‑Khiyam, and Hezbollah has put up heavy resistance in this town by destroying armored vehicles and disabling Merkava tanks.

✍️ The direction of movement of the Zionist regime’s ground forces indicates that the main objective of this operation is the complete capture of the areas south of the Litani River. Of course, this is a general goal, and its achievement will certainly not be easy. The Zionists are preparing equipment and accelerating the deployment of their army’s reserve ground forces to the northern front of occupied Palestine in order to realize this objective. The imposition of a siege on Bint Jbeil and the demolition of residential areas in border towns are also aimed at facilitating the advance south of the Litani River.

📌 To thwart this plan and shatter the Zionists’ ability to carry out any other large‑scale action, Hezbollah needs field support and extensive harassing attacks similar to Operation Al‑Aqsa Storm. We will address this further in future posts.
