صبح روز نهم اسفندماه ۱۴۰۴، اندکی پس از حمله هوایی آمریکا و اسرائیل به مجتمع رهبری در خیابان پاستور تهران، دسترسی میلیون‌ها ایرانی به اینترنت بین‌المللی قطع شد. اکنون قطع دسترسی ایرانیان به اینترنت وارد چهل‌وچهارمین روز شده است. با این حال این انسداد برای همه یکسان نیست و گروهی محدود از نزدیکان و حامیان حکومت از طریق سیم‌کارت‌های سفید و «اینترنت پرو» به اینترنت بدون فیلتر دسترسی دارند.

A strike hit the Apatit chemical plant in Russia’s Vologda region, which produces materials used in explosives manufacturing.

Black smoke from burning can be confirmed in two (Ammonia-1, Ammonia-2) of the three ammonia plants with a total capacity of 900 thousand tons per year.

It is also reported that the ammonia storage of these plants was possibly hit.

The affected production provides about 6% of ammonia production in Russia, and in total the plant is responsible for about 10% of all ammonia production.

According to preliminary analysis by CyberBoroshno: Fires were observed at two of three production units, with possible damage to ammonia storage facilities.The plant accounts for roughly 10% of Russia’s ammonia production.

🇨🇩 DRC Raises $1.25 Billion in Debut Eurobond Issue, Attracting Over $5.2 Billion in Orders

The Democratic Republic of Congo raised $1.25 billion in its first-ever eurobond issuance, structured in two tranches: a 5-year tranche maturing in 2032 at a yield of 8.75% and a 10-year tranche maturing in 2037 at 9.5%. Orders exceeded $5.2 billion, representing an oversubscription of more than four times, with participation from over 110 investors globally. The bond is expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction marks the first eurobond debut by an African country since 2019.

DRC Finance Minister Doudou Likunde said proceeds will be allocated to infrastructure, energy, and social development. The issuance was structured by joint global coordinators Rawbank and Citigroup, with Standard Chartered Bank as joint bookrunner.
