Комитет Госдумы по госстроительству и законодательству в понедельник рекомендовал принять во втором чтении соответствующую поправку к проекту закона (1155581-8).

Она предусматривает, что допускается использование созданных искусственным интеллектом изображения и голоса выдвинутого объединением кандидата.

Кроме того, можно будет и самому кандидату использовать созданные при помощи ИИ изображение или голос, в том числе изображения среди неопределенного круга лиц.

Кроме того, предлагается прописать в законе 67-ФЗ, что использование в агитационных материалах "изображения или голоса физического лица, аффилированного с иностранным агентом, должно сопровождаться указанием на то, что такое физическое лицо аффилировано с иностранным агентом".

The Philippines' National Security Council announced that laboratory tests confirmed the presence of cyanide in bottles seized from Chinese boats operating around Second Thomas Shoal. The Philippine navy recovered the bottles during operations at the disputed atoll in 2024.

National Security Council spokesperson Cornelio Valencia described the use of cyanide at the shoal as sabotage intended to kill local fish populations, depriving navy personnel stationed there of a food source. Valencia added that the substance could damage the reef and compromise the structural stability of the BRP Sierra Madre, a warship Manila deliberately grounded on the atoll to reinforce its maritime claim.

The Chinese Embassy in Manila did not respond to a request for comment. The disclosure came days after the Philippines and China held high-level talks that included preliminary discussions on oil and gas cooperation and coast guard communication, though the Philippine foreign ministry specified that coast guard cooperation would not extend to sensitive operational areas.
