✈️🇺🇦 Nearly half of the pledged F-16 aircraft have been delayed for various reasons. This raises questions about whether the issue is systemic, what constraints exist, and how many F-16s Ukraine currently has in service.
Belgium and Norway are delaying the transfer of 36 F-16 fighters - this is almost half of the promised number.
The reasons are different: Belgium is waiting for new F-35s, and Norwegian aircraft are under repair due to a shortage of spare parts.
In total, the partners promised Ukraine 79 aircraft, of which up to 39 may currently be in service, taking into account combat losses.

🇮🇱 Who is the New Head of Mossad?
🔺 Hebrew media have reported the official appointment of "Roman Gofman," a major general in the Israeli regime's army, as the head of the Mossad intelligence agency (succeeding David Barnea).
🔺 Gofman, who had served as Benjamin Netanyahu's military secretary since May 2024, has a long history within the Israeli regime's military and intelligence apparatuses.
🔺 He joined the regime's army in 1995, starting in the armored corps with the 53rd Battalion of the 188th Armored Brigade. He completed tank command and officer courses and served as a tank platoon commander in the 71st Battalion during the battles in southern Lebanon.
🔺 During the Second Palestinian Intifada and Operation "Defensive Shield," he commanded operations in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. His record also includes roles such as deputy commander of a training battalion in the 4600th Brigade and operations officer. In addition to the armored corps, Gofman also served in the Israeli regime's navy, eventually reaching the rank of major general.

🇭🇺🇪🇺 Magyar: Hungary will again be a strong ally in the European Union and NATO.
We will renew and put on a strong foundation—and if possible, expand—the cooperation of the Visegrád Four.
In this spirit, my first trip will be to Poland, to strengthen the thousand-year-old Polish-Hungarian friendship.
My second trip will lead to Vienna, and the third to Brussels, so that we can bring home the EU funds that the Hungarian people are entitled to.

تامپا، فلوریدا — نیروهای فرماندهی مرکزی ایالات متحده (CENTCOM) از ساعت ۱۰ صبح به وقت شرقی در ۱۳ آوریل، اجرای محاصره بر تمامی ترافیک دریایی ورودی و خروجی از بنادر ایران را مطابق با اعلامیه رئیسجمهور آغاز خواهند کرد.
این محاصره به طور بیطرفانه علیه کشتیهای تمامی کشورها که وارد یا خارج از بنادر و مناطق ساحلی ایران میشوند، از جمله تمامی بنادر ایران در خلیج فارس و خلیج عمان اعمال خواهد شد. نیروهای CENTCOM آزادی ناوبری کشتیها در تنگه هرمز به سمت و از بنادر غیرایرانی را مختل نخواهند کرد.

سنتکام اعلام کرد از ۱۳ آوریل ساعت ۱۰ صبح به وقت شرق آمریکا، محاصره همه ترددهای دریایی به بنادر ایران را آغاز میکند.
آمریکا بنادر ایران را تحت محاصره دریایی قرار میدهد
تامپا، فلوریدا - نیروهای فرماندهی مرکزی ایالات متحده (سنتکام)، در راستای اجرای فرمان رئیسجمهور، از ساعت ۱۰ صبح روز ۱۳ آوریل به وقت شرقی (ET)، محاصره تمامی ترددهای دریایی ورودی و خروجی به بنادر ایران را آغاز خواهند کرد.
این محاصره بهصورت فراگیر علیه کشتیهای تمامی ملیتها که قصد ورود به بنادر و مناطق ساحلی ایران یا خروج از آنها را داشته باشند، اعمال خواهد شد؛ این اقدام شامل تمامی بنادر ایران در خلیج فارس و دریای عمان است. نیروهای سنتکام مانع از آزادی کشتیرانی برای شناورهایی که در حال عبور از تنگه هرمز به مقصد یا از مبدأ بنادر غیرایرانی هستند، نخواهند شد.
اطلاعات تکمیلی پیش از آغاز رسمی محاصره، از طریق یک اطلاعیه رسمی در اختیار دریانوردان تجاری قرار خواهد گرفت. به تمامی دریانوردان توصیه میشود که برودکاستهای «اطلاعیه به دریانوردان» (Notice to Mariners) را رصد کرده و هنگام فعالیت در مبادی ورودی دریای عمان و تنگه هرمز، با نیروهای دریایی ایالات متحده روی کانال ۱۶ رادیویی (پل به پل) تماس برقرار کنند.

In solidarity, Latvia issues Olympic stamps dedicated to Vladyslav Heraskevych.
Latvian Post, Latvijas Pasts, has presented a series of stamps for the XXV Winter Olympic Games, one of which is dedicated to Ukrainian skeleton athlete Vladyslav Heraskevych.
The project was created in collaboration with street artist Kiwie. Some of the designs were developed by the athletes themselves during creative sessions, including in Kyiv with Heraskevych’s participation.

This leads to a stalemate that, to be sustained over time, inevitably results in the following: the return of war.

The consequences for the global economy will be significant: approximately 20% of the world’s oil (about 20–21 million barrels per day) and around 20% of global liquefied natural gas (LNG), as well as fertilizers, chemicals, and other goods, pass through the Strait of Hormuz. The price of oil will rise significantly, affecting transportation, energy, and commodity prices, as well as the economic growth of both producer and consumer nations, potentially leading to a phenomenon of stagflation. However, this impact will be even greater now that the U.S. will block the strait, depriving Asian countries (primarily China, India, Japan, and South Korea) of their main source of crude oil. These countries currently hold significant global and regional influence and may exert greater pressure to lift the blockade.

The Gulf countries will be affected by millions in lost export revenue. However, a U.S. naval blockade would leave pipelines as an alternative for supplying oil and gas without passing through the Strait of Hormuz, albeit with greater limitations (the East-West Pipeline and the Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline have a combined capacity of 9 million bpd, well below the 20 million bpd offered by the Strait of Hormuz). However, this will not be easy, as Iran would consequently attack these pipelines, further damaging the regional and global economy, and triggering an intensified military response from the U.S., with the possibility of a blockade or control over the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, which would be challenged by attacks from Ansarallah.
