Только 31% водителей в Ингушетии имеют актуальные полисы ОСАГО, сообщил "Интерфаксу" директор по защите активов Российского союза автостраховщиков, вице-президент Всероссийского союза страховщиков Сергей Ефремов.

Этот показатель, по его словам, рассчитывается как соотношение всех зарегистрированных в регионе автомобилей к количеству действующих договоров ОСАГО. В целом по РФ он отличается кратно и составляет 85-90%.

Такое положение вещей связано с отсутствием оснащенности региона дорожными видеокамерами, считает Ефремов.

"В результате и аварийность в Ингушетии сильно отличается от других территорий страны, где оснащенность дорожными камерами и находится на приемлемом уровне. Так, если в Москве доля водителей, имеющих самый низкий коэффициент аварийности (бонус-малус) и не становившихся виновниками ДТП в течение 10 лет, составляет 52%, тот же показатель у водителей Республики Ингушетия всего 12%", - констатировал он.
