Уголовное дело о незаконном использовании персональных данных возбуждено против редакции "Новой газеты"

В пресс-службе ГУ МВД России по Москве заявили, что установили "круг лиц, обращавшихся за персональными данными к незаконным информационным ресурсам".

Как сообщили "Интерфаксу" в правоохранительных органах, речь идет о редакции "Новой газеты".

“We must admit that some Americans believe that Donbas means nothing to us. They do not want to believe that Putin will lie to them and that he can continue the occupation even after such steps. Americans are sure that they can trust Putin,” the president noted.

The head of state emphasized that Ukraine cannot discuss the transfer of Donbas.

“If we leave Donbas to the Russians, they will occupy our best-protected positions without any losses. The construction of new lines of fortifications may take a year to a year and a half. They can attack Kharkiv and other cities that make a large contribution to our GDP. And there will be a split in society. And any split is Putin’s key goal and the destruction of our independence,” Zelenskyy added.

امتداداً لنهجٍ متكرر وممنهج في استهداف المدنيين، تعرّضت مدينة كتم بولاية شمال دارفور، مساء الأربعاء الموافق 8 أبريل 2026، لهجوم نفّذه جيش جماعة الإخوان الإرهابية باستخدام طائرة مسيّرة، استهدفت مناسبة اجتماعية، في جريمة خطيرة تعكس تصاعداً خطيراً في وتيرة الانتهاكات بحق السكان العزّل.

وتدين قواتنا بأشد العبارات هذه الجريمة البشعة والانتهاكات الممنهجة بحق المدنيين، حيث استُهدفت مناسبة زواج مكتظة بأهالي المنطقة، من النساء والأطفال، ما أسفر – وفق المعلومات الأولية – عن سقوط (56) شهيداً على الأقل، بينهم (17) طفلاً، إضافة إلى (107) جرحى، جميعهم من المدنيين الأبرياء.

إن هذه الجريمة تمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً لكافة القوانين والأعراف الدولية، وعلى رأسها قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، التي تحظر بشكل قاطع استهداف المدنيين والتجمعات المدنية، كما ترقى إلى جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان تستوجب المساءلة وعدم الإفلات من العقاب.

وتؤكد قوات الدعم السريع أن استهداف مناسبة اجتماعية ذات طابع مدني بحت يكشف عن استخفافٍ بالغ بحياة الإنسان وكرامته، ويضع المجتمع الدولي أمام مسؤولياته القانونية والأخلاقية للتحرك العاجل لوقف هذه الانتهاكات، وضمان الحماية الفعالة للمدنيين، وفتح تحقيقات مستقلة وشفافة لمحاسبة المسؤولين عنها.

كما تشدد قواتنا على أهمية الدور المهني والوطني لوسائل الإعلام والصحفيين في توثيق هذه الجرائم ونقل الحقيقة للرأي العام، رغم المخاطر الجسيمة التي تحيط بعملهم في مناطق النزاع.

وتتقدم قواتنا بخالص التعازي لأسر الضحايا، وتتمنى الشفاء العاجل للمصابين، وتؤكد تضامنها الكامل مع المدنيين في مناطق النزاع، ووقوفها الثابت إلى جانب قيم العدالة والحق في الحياة والأمان.
إن استمرار استهداف المدنيين لن يؤدي إلا إلى تعميق المأساة الإنسانية، ويستدعي موقفاً حازماً من كافة الأطراف الفاعلة إقليميًا ودولياً لوضع حد لهذه الجرائم والانتهاكات المتكررة.

🇰🇷 IAEA Chief to Visit Seoul Next Week

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi will make a two-day trip to Seoul beginning Tuesday, South Korea's foreign ministry announced. He is scheduled to meet Foreign Minister Cho Hyun and other officials during the visit.

Grossi and Cho are expected to discuss North Korea's nuclear program, the situation in the Middle East, and cooperation on nuclear safety technology. South Korea's foreign ministry spokesperson Park Il described the meeting as an opportunity to advance the peaceful use of nuclear energy.

The visit coincides with South Korea's pursuit of nuclear-powered submarines and efforts to secure uranium enrichment and spent fuel reprocessing rights for civilian use under a prospective agreement with the United States. Acquiring nuclear-powered submarines would require Seoul to sign a separate agreement with the IAEA covering inspection requirements and other safeguards.
