بیانیه در مورد نقض سه بند کلیدی از پیشنهاد ۱۰ مادهای (چارچوب توافق شده) پیش از آغاز مذاکرات
بیاعتمادی تاریخی و عمیقی که ما نسبت به ایالات متحده داریم، ناشی از نقض مکرر انواع تعهدات از سوی این کشور است؛ الگویی که متأسفانه بار دیگر تکرار شده است.
همانطور که رئیسجمهور ایالات متحده به وضوح در پلتفرم «تروث» (Truth) خود بیان کرده است، پیشنهاد ۱۰ مادهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، «پایهای عملی برای مذاکره» و چارچوب اصلی این گفتگوهاست. با این حال، تا کنون ۳ بند از این پیشنهاد نقض شده است:
۱- عدم پایبندی به بند اول پیشنهاد ۱۰ مادهای در خصوص آتشبس در لبنان؛ تعهدی که نخستوزیر، شهباز شریف، نیز صراحتاً به آن اشاره کرده و آن را به عنوان «آتشبس فوری در همه جا، از جمله لبنان و سایر مناطق، با اثرگذاری فوری» اعلام کرده بود.
۲- ورود یک پهپاد متجاوز به حریم هوایی ایران که در شهر لار در استان فارس منهدم شد؛ این اقدام نقض آشکار بندی است که هرگونه تجاوز بیشتر به حریم هوایی ایران را ممنوع میکند.
۳- انکار حق غنیسازی ایران که در بند ششم این چارچوب گنجانده شده بود.
اکنون، همان «پایه عملی برای مذاکره»، حتی پیش از آغاز مذاکرات، به طور علنی و آشکار نقض شده است.
در چنین شرایطی، آتشبس دوجانبه یا انجام مذاکرات غیرمنطقی است.
