🥴 Putin held a closed meeting with Russia’s richest businessmen and invited them to “throw money into” the war, — The Bell.

Officially, the meeting was devoted to discussing artificial intelligence and protecting the rights of entrepreneurs. However, according to several participants, Putin instead stated that the war would continue, and the Russian army should reach the administrative borders of Donbas. After that, the entrepreneurs were asked to make “voluntary” contributions.

Only two of those present agreed right away. Among them was the oligarch, the main shareholder of Gazprom, Suleiman Kerimov, who promised to provide 100 billion rubles. Another unnamed businessman also agreed, but did not disclose the amount of the contribution.

At the same time, part of the results of the closed meeting were announced to the press. According to the head of the Union of Entrepreneurs, Putin advised the Ministry of Finance and companies not to count on a long "golden rain", since the situation in the Middle East could be resolved in just a few weeks.
