Сделка в Анкоридже строится на получении США доступа к российским полезным ископаемым и возвращении американского бизнеса в совместные нефтегазовые проекты в арктическом секторе России. В обмен на это Трамп обязался оказать давление на Зеленского в вопросе контроля над оставшейся частью Донбасса

Вот почему Лавров в прошлом месяце заявил: «То есть, если подходить так, по-мужски, то они предложили, мы согласились, проблема должна быть решена». Россия требует от США сдержать данное обещание, а Трамп проигрывать не привык. Поэтому давление будет оказываться исключительно на Украину, и на Зеленского в особенности.

🤯 Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared a bill proposing to sell citizen information from its database to banks and telecom operators for 50 rubles per request. The document has been published on a portal for discussing regulatory legal acts.

If the government approves the bill, its resolution will come into force on September 1, 2026, and will remain in effect for six years.

This is expected to increase the federal budget by approximately 120 billion rubles per year—the money will be used for the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Negotiations between Ukraine and the United States have been meaningful, but there is no progress due to Russia’s position, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

Russia does not want diplomacy and is not willing to engage or advance the process. It is blocking everything and betting on war. When pressure on it weakens, it loses motivation and interest in moving toward peace. Nevertheless, the work continues, and Ukraine remains constructively engaged.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi added that Kyiv seeks a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia at the highest level, which “could unblock the process and lead to breakthroughs toward a peaceful settlement.” However, everything depends on Russia, which continues to block progress.

He also noted that constant daily work on the humanitarian track is ongoing, even outside formal meetings.

“For Ukraine, the return of people is a priority. We will use every opportunity to organize further exchanges and bring people back. Regardless of Russia’s position or other global events, this track is active. It works and continues,” Tykhyi said.
