🔥 Video: SBS hit one of the largest ports of Russia

SBS center and the 413th Raid Regiment, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, struck the facility of the sea terminal of the port of Ust-Luga.

The enterprise “NOVATEK-Ust-Luga”, which processes stable gas condensate and ensures the shipment of petroleum products to foreign markets, was hit.

Ust-Luga is one of the key hubs for the export of energy resources of the Russian Federation. A significant part of the supplies passes through this hub, in particular with the involvement of the so-called “shadow fleet”, which allows to bypass international sanctions.

😎💥SKELYA: Over the past day, units have been conducting active operations in several directions: in Kupyansk, the cleanup is being completed, in the Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Oleksandrivka directions, enemy attempts to advance have been thwarted.

Russia has suspended about 40% of its oil export capacity following Ukrainian drone strikes, the halt of transit via the Druzhba pipeline, and the seizure of its “shadow fleet” tankers, Reuters reports.

According to the agency, this is the most serious disruption in modern Russian history.

After recent strikes, the terminal in Novorossiysk has limited oil loading. Russia’s three largest western export ports — Novorossiysk (Black Sea), Primorsk, and Ust-Luga (Baltic Sea) — have also been affected.

In addition, European efforts to stop “shadow fleet” tankers have disrupted Arctic oil exports from Murmansk by about 300,000 barrels per day.

Moscow is now forced to rely more on exports to Asian markets, but these routes are limited in capacity, traders say.

ترامپ لحظاتی پیش اعلام کرد دیدار با شی جین پینگ در پکن که قرار بود هفته‌ی آینده برگزار بشه، به دلیل عملیات نظامی علیه ج.ا، به ۱۴ و ۱۵ ماه می موکول شده؛ یعنی تقریبا هفت هفته دیگه.

۱. ملاک خوبیه برای اینکه به ما بگه چند وقت دیگه عملیات حدودا ادامه خواهد داشت.

۲. از طرفی تا ۹۰ روز فرصت ترامپ برای جنگ بدون توضیح به کنگره همون حدود تموم میشه

این موضوع ۹۰ روز به قانون اختیارات جنگی (War Powers Resolution) مصوب ۱۹۷۳ برمی‌گردد که به نوعی «ترمزی» برای قدرت نظامی رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به تحولات اخیر در مارس ۲۰۲۶ و درگیری‌های مربوط به عملیات اپیک فیوری (Operation Epic Fury) علیه ایران، این قانون دوباره داغ شده است.

در ادامه، جزئیات این مهلت ۹۰ روزه و وضعیت فعلی را بررسی می‌کنیم:

۱. قانون ۶۰ + ۳۰ روز (مجموعاً ۹۰ روز)
برخلاف تصور رایج، موضوع «توضیح ندادن به کنگره» نیست؛ رئیس‌جمهور طبق قانون موظف است حداکثر ۴۸ ساعت پس از شروع عملیات، گزارشی رسمی به کنگره بدهد (که ترامپ این کار را در ۲ مارس انجام داد). اما محدودیت اصلی بر سر تداوم جنگ است:
۶۰ روز اول: رئیس‌جمهور می‌تواند نیروها را به مناطق جنگی بفرستد، اما اگر طی این ۶۰ روز کنگره رسماً اعلام جنگ نکند یا مجوز کتبی صادر نکند، مهلت او تمام می‌شود.
۳۰ روز تمدید: اگر رئیس‌جمهور گواهی بدهد که خروج فوری نیروها برای ایمنی آن‌ها خطرناک است، ۳۰ روز دیگر برای «عقب‌نشینی ایمن» فرصت دارد.
نتیجه: در مجموع، رئیس‌جمهور می‌تواند ۹۰ روز بدون تأیید نهایی کنگره بجنگد.
۲. زمان‌بندی در وضعیت فعلی (مارس ۲۰۲۶)
حملات گسترده به ایران در ۲۸ فوریه ۲۰۲۶ آغاز شد. با یک محاسبه ساده:
پایان مهلت ۶۰ روزه: حدود ۲۹ آوریل ۲۰۲۶.
پایان مهلت ۹۰ روزه (با تمدید): حدود ۲۹ می ۲۰۲۶.
بنابراین، این فرصت اواخر بهار تمام می‌شود. فشار دموکرات‌ها در کنگره (مانند قطعنامه‌های اخیر تیم کین و کوری بوکر) برای این است که ترامپ را قبل از رسیدن به این ضرب‌الاجل مجبور به توقف یا کسب مجوز کنند.

۳. چالش حقوقی: آیا ترامپ عقب‌نشینی می‌کند؟
در حال حاضر (۲۵ مارس ۲۰۲۶)، سنا با رای ۵۳ به ۴۷ تلاش دموکرات‌ها برای محدود کردن اختیارات جنگی ترامپ را شکست داده است. تیم ترامپ معتقد است این حملات تحت عنوان «دفاع از خود» و طبق ماده ۲ قانون اساسی (اختیارات فرمانده کل قوا) انجام شده و لزوماً نیازی به مجوز کنگره ندارد.

۳. توی باور ترامپ تهدید شماره یک آمریکا، چینه. چون چین بدون نفت مفت ایران و ونزوئلا، تو رقابت با آمریکا کم می‌آره، تحرکات نظامی آمریکا در راستای اجرای سیاست‌هایی هستند که ترامپ قولش رو به حامیان مردمیش توی آمریکا داده. این تحلیل تا اینجا نیم‌تنبونی درستی هم هست که زیاد مطرح میشه اما نیم‌تنبون باقیمونده اون، که مساله بزرگتر و مهم‌تر و اساسی‌تریه، اسرائیله و قوم یهود. هرچند مردی که می‌گفت تلاویو و حیفا رو با خاک یکی می‌کنیم طوری با خاک یکی شد که هنوز که هنوزه خاکش نکردند.
