🇺🇦🇺🇸 Ukraine, within the framework of the USAI program, which provides for the purchase of weapons from industry and for which the US Congress under the Biden administration allocated $33 billion, received weapons worth $11.1 billion as of October 2025.
This is evidenced by the government document “Operation Atlantic Resolve Including U.S. Government Activities Related to Ukraine”, reports the Telegram channel “Shrike News”.
According to the document, as of the end of 2025, the American department had contracted weapons worth $32.3 billion under the USAI program.
This amount covers almost all of the funds that Congress has allocated to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces during 2022-2024.
Since this mechanism involves creating equipment at enterprises “from scratch”, much of the assistance is still in the shops of American factories. The Pentagon accelerated the conclusion of contracts in the second half of 2025, which helped distribute almost all of the available funding.

Situation on Shakhovskoy, Ilyinovskaya & Konstantinovskaya fronts: During the last ten days, Ukrainian army has succeeded in driving out Russian soldiers who had infiltrated the Soniachnyi, Pivdenny and Nuloviy districts south-east of Kostiantynivka, and has halted Russian advances at the Agricultural College, the railway line and the village of Illinivka. Meanwhile, Russian army has managed to advance south-east of Novopavlivka, whilst fighting continues in neighbouring Pavlivka.

Iran has begun negotiating individually with each country regarding the Strait of Hormuz and will likely charge a hefty fee.
Abbas Araghchi, Iran's Foreign Minister, said in an interview to Kyodo News that Iran is preparing to escort Japanese tankers through the Strait of Hormuz.
If Iran starts charging around 10% per tanker, according to some reports, the country will collect $800 billion annually.
