Russia’s Transneft has cut crude intake into its pipeline system by about 250,000 barrels per day after a Ukrainian drone strike caused a fire at the Kaleikino pumping station in Tatarstan, Reuters reported, citing sources.

The reduction mainly affects shipments from Tatneft and could worsen Russia’s oil export problems. The station serves major oil hubs, western ports and the Druzhba pipeline.
