Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has opened a criminal case against Pavel Durov, accusing him of “aiding terrorism.”

The charge, widely seen as an attempt to justify Kremlin efforts to restrict or block Telegram in Russia, claims the platform was used to organize the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.

According to Russian security services, Durov allegedly assisted terrorists because they discussed attack plans via Telegram.

Authorities are also seeking to link him to other high-profile cases, including the killing of Darya Dugina and the murder of General Kirillov.

In total, investigators claim Durov is connected to more than 153,000 alleged crimes.


But Durov will blame France as usual…

Some officials fear certain sites could already contain equipment or serve as staging points for covert operations.

Examples cited include:
— A Finnish island equipped with piers, a helipad, and surveillance gear.
— Properties near Norwegian F-35 bases and naval facilities.
— Russian Orthodox Church sites close to strategic locations in Scandinavia.
— Suspected acquisitions near British and Mediterranean military assets.

دانشجویان عزیز و دلیر ایران،
از عمق زندان قزل‌حصار کرج، جایی که هر روز آوای زنجیرها، فریادهای اعتراض و سایه سنگین اعدام‌ها در فضا می‌پیچد، این پیام را با قلبی که همچنان برای آزادی ایران می‌تپد، به شما می‌فرستم.

صدای شما را شنیدیم.
نه فقط یک صدا، بلکه صداهایی متکثر، متنوع و برخاسته از نسل آگاه امروز ایران. در دانشگاه، تنها یک شعار شنیده نشد؛ صداهای گوناگون، گرایش‌های مختلف و نگاه‌های متفاوت در کنار هم ایستادند. این تکثر، این هم‌زمانی صداها، بزرگ‌ترین نشانه بلوغ سیاسی نسل شماست.
در میان این صداها، شعار حمایت از شاهزاده رضا پهلوی و فریاد «جاوید شاه» نیز طنین‌انداز شد. من که به دلیل همین باور و همین شعارها سال‌هاست در زندان به گروگان گرفته شده‌ام، از شنیدن آن احساس غرور کردم. اما بگذارید روشن بگویم:

برای من «شاه» پیش از آن‌که یک فرد باشد، نماد یک هویت تاریخی و سمبل همبستگی ملی است؛ نمادی که می‌تواند در ایرانِ آزادِ فردا، بستری برای همزیستی گرایش‌های گوناگون باشد.
پادشاهی‌خواهیِ من نفی‌کننده دیگران نیست.
اگر پادشاهی معنایی داشته باشد، معنایش تضمین آزادی همه ایرانیان است؛ چه جمهوری‌خواه، چه لیبرال، چه چپ، چه ملی‌گرا و چه هر گرایش دیگری. ایرانِ آینده باید خانه‌ی همه باشد، نه حیاط خلوت هیچ جریان سیاسی.

شما در نخستین روزهای ترم تحصیلی، به جای سکوت و تسلیم، به یاد جاویدنامان تحصن کردید. سوت زدید، کف زدید و فریاد برآوردید. هنگامی که بسیجیان یورش بردند، عقب ننشستید. این یعنی روح ایران هنوز زنده است؛ این یعنی نسل شما دیگر نمی‌ترسد و آزادی‌اش را معامله نمی‌کند.

آنان گمان می‌کنند با گلوله، تهدید، پرونده‌سازی و زندان می‌توانند آینده را مصادره کنند. اما هر فریاد شما، هر شعار ساختارشکنانه و هر ایستادگی، تیری است که به قلب استبداد فرو می‌رود.

من از درون این زندان می‌گویم:
همبستگی را حفظ کنید.
تفاوت‌ها را به رسمیت بشناسید.
به یکدیگر احترام بگذارید.
هیچ گرایشی را به جرم اندیشه طرد نکنید.
اگر پرچم شیر و خورشید برافراشته می‌شود، اگر نام پهلوی فریاد زده می‌شود، اگر شعارهای دیگری نیز در کنار آن شنیده می‌شود، همه این‌ها زمانی ارزشمند است که در چارچوب آزادی و احترام متقابل باشد.
ایران آزاد آینده، تنها با «با هم» ساخته می‌شود.
این زندان‌ها روزی فرو خواهد ریخت.
اعدام‌ها برای همیشه پایان خواهد یافت.
مادران داغ‌دیده آرام خواهند گرفت.
و آنچه باقی می‌ماند، نه نام یک جریان، بلکه عزت یک ملت خواهد بود.
با ایمان کامل به شما، به نسل دلاور و آگاهتان، و به آینده‌ای که با دستان توانمند خود خواهید ساخت.
باور داشته باشیم این،آخرین نبرد تاریکی در برابر سپیده روشن آزادی است.

⚔️🇺🇦 Zelensky on the successful offensive in the south:

"The decision on Starlink is definitely positive and will be useful. But at the same time, I want to thank our military - the operation in the south, where 400 sq. km of territory was liberated, began a month before the decision on Starlink. That is, these are two independent things."

On the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov outlined three key objectives for securing victory in the war against Russia. 

In a post on his Telegram channel on February 24, he underscored the importance of partnerships, technological innovation, and high-quality data to guide effective combat operations.

▫️Close the sky
Fedorov highlighted the critical need to close Ukraine’s airspace to Russian missiles and drones, setting a clear target of detecting 100% of air threats in real-time and intercepting at least 95% of incoming missiles and drones.

▫️Stop the Russian forces on all fronts
Addressing the broader goal of halting Russian forces across all fronts, Fedorov emphasized Ukraine’s commitment to countering Russian advances on land, at sea, and in cyberspace. He noted the current situation in the Donetsk region, where there are 156 Russian soldiers per square kilometer, and set the target of inflicting over 200 casualties per square kilometer, making further Russian advancement impossible.

▫️Deprive Russia of funding for the war
Fedorov also pointed to Russia’s continued war efforts, fueled by funding from oil sales.
