Norway and France have signed a new agreement on joint military support for Ukraine. The deal includes air-to-ground weapons and surveillance systems. Norway will contribute 4.2 billion kroner, about €370 million, while France guarantees a 3 billion kroner loan, roughly €265 million.

▫️ No one is clinging to power. I am ready for elections. But they require security, guarantees and a ceasefire.

▫️ Ukraine has never opposed ending the war. Russia has shown it is not ready for dialogue. Today there are new people with a different perspective.
