▪️Oil and gas revenues fell by 50.2% to 393 billion rubles. This result is "largely due to lower oil prices," according to the Ministry of Finance.

▪️Non-oil and gas revenues totaled 1.9 trillion rubles (an increase of 4.5% year-on-year).

▪️According to preliminary estimates, budget expenditures in January amounted to 4.08 trillion rubles, which is 1.4% less than year-on-year.

In Zaporizhzhia, an enemy strike hit the animal shelter “Give Me a Paw, Friend,” killing 13 animals and injuring 20 more.
