Knapp 700 Häuser seien noch ohne Heizung, schreibt der ukrainische Minister für Regionalentwicklung, Olexij Kuleba, auf Telegram. Ein Teil der Ausfälle sei die Folge vorheriger russischer Angriffe. Laut Kuleba konnten über 2700 Häuser seit gestern Abend wieder mit Wärme versorgt werden.
