Kiew sei offen für Treffen in jedem Format mit Russland und den Vereinigten Staaten, erklärt Selenskyj in einem Interview mit dem Tschechischen Rundfunk vom Freitag. "Wir würden uns wünschen, dass Europa in irgendeiner Phase dieser Verhandlungen vertreten ist, denn zu unseren Sicherheitsgarantien gehört sowohl die Mitgliedschaft in der Europäischen Union als auch eine Koalition der Entschlossenen", sagt er. "Vor allem aber ist es wichtig, dass wir uns zu dritt treffen. Wir sollten zumindest die Möglichkeit haben, in diesem oder einem anderen Format mit dem russischen Staatschef in Kontakt zu treten. Ohne dieses Format wird es unseren Teams nicht gelingen, sich in territorialen Fragen zu einigen."

Сообщается, что в рамках противодействия российским дронам с терминалами Starlink было введено скоростное ограничение до 75-90 км/ч, при достижении которой терминал перестает работать.

Ограничение введено сразу всем терминалам, поэтому летать не могут как российские, так и украинские "крылья", которые развивают значительно большую скорость.

Противник отмечает, что это решение временное и сейчас фактически прорабатываются "белые списки" украинских терминалов. Это будет означать, что работать над Украиной будут только те "Старлинки", которые предварительно внесены в специальную базу, что естественно сведет на нет применение их на российских беспилотниках.

Пока сложно сказать, получится ли в будущем обойти эту систему, как получалось обойти прежние скоростные ограничения. Если нет, то эпоха БМ-35 и "Молний-2" на Starlink окажется яркой, но короткой вспышкой на фоне общего превосходства ВСУ в дронах с такой спутниковой связью. Кроме того, есть большой риск, что белые списки потушат не только терминалы для дронов, но вообще все "Старлинки", используемые ВС РФ стационарно для фронтового интернета. Но сейчас какие-то прогнозы давать смысла нет.

Rund 2600 Häuser seien ohne Heizung, schreibt Bürgermeister Vitali Klitschko am späten Abend bei Telegram. Einige Stunden zuvor nannte Klitschko sogar die Zahl von 3500 Häusern ohne Heizung. Am Freitagabend hatte er noch von gut 250 Häusern ohne Heizung gesprochen. Den neuesten Angaben zufolge wurde die Wasserversorgung in der gesamten Stadt wiederhergestellt. In diesem Monat waren bereits Tausende Häuser in Kiew aufgrund russischer Angriffe vorübergehend ohne Strom oder Heizung gewesen. Am Sonntag sollen die Temperaturen in Kiew auf bis zu Minus 24 Grad fallen -bei Höchstwerten um Minus 14 Grad.
